摘要 从合成SiO2/聚合物纳米复合乳液的常用SiO2原料、合成机理和制备方法等方面综述了国内外最新的研究进展,最后介绍了SiO2/聚合物纳米复合乳液在涂料、粘接剂、塑料改性等领域的应用,并对今后的研究重点和发展方向作了展望。 The progress of study on synthesizing SiO2/polymer nanocomposite emulsion was reviewed. The major topic concerns some kinds of SiO2 materials and the synthetic mechanisms and methods of SiO2/Polymer nanocomposite emulsion. SiO2/polymer nanocomposite emulsion can be prepared through electrostatic interactions, adsorption intermedium, grafting and coupling mechanism. Blending, sol-gel, emulsion polymerization and dispersion polymerization are the common ways to prepare this nanocomposite emulsion. Futher more, the study emphases, developable directions and applications of the SiO2/polymer nanocomposite emulsion in the fields of paints, adhesive and plastic modifying were summarized.
