抚触联合早期干预用于中枢性协调障碍患儿的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察抚触、早期干预对中枢性协调障碍患儿预后的影响。方法将266例中枢性协调障碍患儿随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组采用综合康复治疗,观察组在综合康复治疗基础上给予抚触及早期干预治疗。结果观察组在语言、社会适应能力、社交能力、大运动和精细运动方面均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论抚触和早期干预可有效改善中枢性协调障碍患儿的预后。 Objective To observe the effects of touch and early intervention on the children with central coordination disturbace. Methods A total of 266 children with central coordination disturbace were randomly divided into observed group and control group intevention. In the observed group, the children received touch and early prevention and combined healingtherapy,and The control group was given healing chevapy. Results There is significant difference between observed group and control group in language, social adaptability, social competence, gross and fine motor functions(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Touch and early intervention can improve the prognosis of the children with central coordination disturbace.
