论战略人力资源管理的价值原理 被引量:2

摘要 弄清战略人力资源管理对组织价值创造的贡献原理,对于组织开展有针对性的人力资源管理工作十分重要。战略人力资源管理可以通过获取和保持最恰当的人力资源、实现人力资源管理的战略匹配、充分发挥员工能力以及人力资源开发增值为组织创造价值。
