牛视网膜微血管内皮细胞的培养方法学原理和生长性状初探

摘要
视网膜血管内皮细胞培养的主要问题是细胞不易获取和纯化。尽管国内文献已有较多报告,但对方法学原理和细胞生长性状描述不够详尽,欠指导性。我们将所做的工作作一总结,报告如下。
