原发于视神经的原始神经外胚叶瘤一例

摘要 原始神经外胚叶瘤（PNET）是软组织常见的高度恶性的肿瘤，好发生于儿童，青少年，有共同的神经外胚层起源，涉及22号染色体上的EWS基因特异性的染色体易位。随着分子诊断断发展,使得各类中枢性和外周性PNET明确诊断成为可能。
