摘要
采用多套文献数据,建立实沸点蒸馏曲线的数学模型;其方程式形式简单,只有4个系数;模型稳定性强,应用范围广,计算精度高,不会出现非单调现象。经多个油品的实沸点数据考核,表明模型描述原油实沸点蒸馏曲线准确,计算结果在整体和和局部上都更贴近于实际。模型计算值与实际值的复相关系数最小为0.996157,最大为0.999914。
The mathematical model for True Boiling Point(TBP) curve of crude oil was established based on TBP data in references. The model equations were simple, in which only 4 coefficients were used. The model is robust and it is used in wide range. The accuracy of calculation of the model is high. The non-monotonic interval did not happened in the calculation. The simulation experimental results show that the model was suitable for TBP curve and the model methods were more close to the actual object in local and whole. For calculations of TBP curve, the minimum correlation coefficient is 0. 996157. and the maximum is 0.999914.
