摘要
水资源的逐年匮乏和环境污染的日趋严重对过程工业提出了废水最小化的要求。本文介绍了应用水夹点技术进行单杂质用水网络设计的过程,尤其是格子图的构造和网络调优。针对多杂质系统,除了应用单杂质系统的设计方法,必须很好地选择参考杂质,并在网络设计时注意浓度转移的表示。最后,比较了水夹点技术设计单杂质和多杂质用水系统的异同。
The scarcity of water resource year after year and the severity of environmental pollution day after day call for process industries to actualize wastewater minimization. Water-using network design for single contaminant was addressed by water pinch technology. The construction step of grid diagram and the network evolution method were introduced. For the system of multiple contaminants, the approach used for single contaminant would be applied to it. But the reference contaminants must be chose and concentration shift must be considered. Finally, the relationship of the design method of water-using network between single contaminant system and multiple contaminants system was discussed.
