Evaluation of Anti-Corrosion Pigments by Electrochemical Measurement

摘要 采用直流电阻、极化曲线测试的电化学方法研究了环氧-聚酰氨树脂中分别加入有机缓蚀剂、磷酸钡、锌铬黄等防锈颜料后的耐蚀性能,并分析了其作用机理。试验表明,涂层的直流电阻、极化曲线测试与盐雾试验和耐蚀浸泡试验的结果均有很好的相关性,是一种快速简便评价涂层耐蚀性能的有效方法;在所研究的体系中,防锈颜料的耐蚀性为有机缓蚀剂、磷酸钡、氧化锌>红丹>锌格黄、磷酸锌。 Electrochemical methods of DC-resistance and polarization curve were adopted to evaluate anti-corrosion properties of epoxypolyamide resin added anti-corrosion pigment, such as an organic inhibitor, barium phosphate or zinc yellow resistively. The mechanism of corrosion resistance of coating was discussed. Test results of DC-resistance and polarization curve measurement were correlative well with that of salt spray test and immersion test, which indicated that the electrochemical measurement was an efficient method to evaluate corrosion resistance coating rapidly and simply. Anti-corrosion property of pigment in studied condition was as follows: organic inhibitor or barium phosphate or zinc oxide>red lead>zinc yellow or zinc phosphate.
