2-Benzoyl-3-Hydroxyl-1-Propylene──A New Inhibitor Used in Hydrochloric Acid

主要研究了2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-1-丙烯（简称BAA）的合成及其在盐酸中对碳钢的缓蚀作用，从动力学角度初步探讨了BAA对碳钢在盐醚介质中的缓蚀机理。试验结果表明，BAA在盐酸中对碳钢有良好的缓蚀作用，与有机含氮化合物有较强的协同作用，电化学测试表明BAA对阴、阳极过程均有抑制作用，属于混合型缓蚀剂。

A new acidizing inhibitor, 2-benzoyl-3-hydroxyl-1-propylene, was synthesized and its inhibition efficiency on carbon steel and its kinestic mechanism in HCl solution were studied. Results showed that the inhibitor could inhibit corrosion of carbon steel excellently in HCl solution and it had strong synergetic action with N-containing compounds. Electrochemical polarization curves indicated that the inhibitor could inhibit both cathodic and anodic reaction. It belonged to hybrid inhibitor.
