表面修饰的硼酸盐润滑油添加剂的制备与分析 被引量:13

Preparation and Analysis of Borate by Surface Modification as Oil Additive

摘要 采用超声波分散乳化、中性微乳液中反应,制备了表面修饰的硼酸盐润滑油添加剂,并用正交设计法优化了工艺参数,发现促进剂是制备工艺的关键因素。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了表面修饰的硼酸盐润滑油添加剂的形貌、化学组成及价态。添加剂颗粒大部分小于0.5μm,分子式为Na2OmB2O3nH2O,其中m=3.0~3.5,n=0.9~1.2。 The borate by surface modification as oil additive were synthesized. The panical of borate is less than 0. 5μm. The manufacturing conditions were studied by orthogonal design test. It was found that promote played a very important role in synthesizing process. The shape of panical and element state of borate by surface modification as oil additive were analysized by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) respectively. The results indicated that the particle of borate additive by surface modification is less than 0. 5μm and chemical composition is Na2 OmB2 O3 nH2O, which of that is m=3. 0~3. 5, n=0. 9~1.2.
