摘要
针对水闸大体积混凝土早期温度裂缝问题,采用三维有限元方法对混凝土底板分别与不同高度的闸墩同时浇筑的温度场和应力场进行了仿真分析。计算结果表明:混凝土底板与闸墩同时浇筑比分开浇筑好,且不同浇筑高度对闸墩根部的最大拉应力降低的效果不同。由此得出了防止裂缝出现时,闸底板和闸墩同时浇筑的最佳高度。
In order to control mass concrete structural temperature crack in construction period,use 3D finite element method to simulate temperature and stress fields of concrete floor with different pier simultaneity placement.The results show that concrete floor with high pier pourintg at the same time is better than that at different time,and the different pouring heights has the different effect to reduce the maximum tensile stress.From that,we can draw concrete floor with the optimum height for pier pouringat the same time,which can prevent cracks occuring.
