摘要
分别对掺加硅粉、HLC-III硅粉抗磨蚀剂及HLC-IX聚羧酸盐高效减水剂3种混凝土的力学性能、变形性能和抗冲磨性能与普通粉煤灰混凝土进行了比较。试验结果表明:掺入HLC-III硅粉抗磨蚀剂后,28 d抗压强度、28 d劈裂抗拉强度及28 d轴心抗拉强度的提高值分别为38.8%、36.5%和37.1%;90 d干缩值降低24.3%;28 d抗压弹模及28 d极限拉伸值分别为46.1 GPa和1.42×10-4;抗冲磨强度提高53.9%,磨损率降低36.0%;其综合性能超过另外几种方案,在实际应用中具有突出优势。
The mechanical, deformable and abrasion resistance performances of concrete were compared in which fly ash, silica fume, HLC-ⅠⅩ polycarboxylate superplasticizer and HLC-Ⅲ abrasion resistance admixture is added respectively.It was tested that when the HLC-Ⅲ was added, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and axis tensile strength were raised by 38.8%, 36.5% and 37.1% respectively;while dry shrinkage of 90 d was devalued by 24.3% ;modulus elasticity and ultimate elongation value of 28 d reach to 46.1 GPa and 1.42×10^-4 with abrasion resistance strength increased by 53.9% and wear rate increased by 36.0%.
