玻化微珠保温板免拆墙模体系模板设计 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国墙体改革、建筑节能等相关政策的推行,在现有结构体系基础上,提出玻化微珠保温板免拆墙模复合剪力墙体系,它是一种能替代传统砖混结构的建筑体系。介绍了该剪力墙体系的结构组成及性能优点。由玻化微珠作为主要原料研制成玻化微珠保温板,它是一种轻型保温墙模板,在施工过程中作为墙体的一部分,形成永久性模板。根据在施工中的要求和模板的受力情况,确定了模板的规格、模板体系的组成连接、支点在模板上合理位置,并建立不同的受力模型,对其不同荷载作用下的受力进行分析,结果表明,该模板能够满足施工要求。 With implementation of development of new wall materials and energy efficiency,a type of new structure system substituting traditional brick concrete structure: composite shear wall system with glazed hollow bead heat preservation formwork without being removed was put forward based on constrution system nowadays.Its structural constitutes and capability merit were introduced.A type of new heat preservation wall formwork: glazed hollow bead heat preservation formwork was proposed by glazed hollow bead.Accordingly, this formwork become a part of wall,coming into being permanence formwork.According to wall construction requirement and formwork mechanical behavior,the formwork specification is designed, constitutes and connection of formwork system, fulcrum reasonable location are confirmed.On this basis, analyzing under different loading by adopting different calculate method.It is showed that this formwork can meet construction requirement.
