新型层状排水多孔混凝土在田湾核电站中的试验研究与应用

摘要 新型层状排水多孔混凝土具有良好的排水性能、地面防潮性能,能够有效降低地下水对建筑物基础的压力和浸蚀,大大减小混凝土底板的厚度,显著降低工程成本。在结合江苏田湾核电站工程实践,通过试验研究了层状排水多孔混凝土配合比的选择,以及水泥用量、水灰比、粗集料对多孔混凝土的抗压强度、孔隙率、透水系数的性能影响关系。并在田湾核电站工程应用中取得良好的效果,较好实现了层状排水孔混凝土的各项优异性能。 New layered drainage porous concrete has good drainage properties, ground moisture resistance, great ability of effectively reducing the pressure of the building foundation and the baptist transgression caused by groundwater and greatly decreasing the thickness of concrete floor, leading to a significant reduction in project cost.Combining engineering practice of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant in Jiangsu, layered porous concrete drainage mix choice, and the amount of cement, water-cement ratio, coarse aggregate of porous concrete compressive strength, porosity, water penetration coefficient of performance of relations were studied through tests.It achieves good results in the application of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant project, and realizes every excellent performance of layered concrete with drainage holes.
