解决汽轮机非正常泄漏的途径与经济性分析

摘要 从湛江电力公司两台300MW机组大修,对汽轮机本体非正常泄漏进行有效处理,使机组获得较为显著的经济性收益。同时从解决机组原有的在中间负荷段振动大问题的经验出发,系统地分析了早期高中压合缸300MW汽轮机本体非正常泄漏量大的原因及其对经济性的影响,指出了解决汽轮机本体非正常泄漏的途径和措施。 This article summarizes the experiences in the overhaul to two 300 MW units of Zhanjiang Power Plant, the effective disposition against abnormal leakage on steam turbine as well as the remarkable cost reduction achieved, the experience in settling unit vibration at the intermediate load. It also systematically analyzes the cause why the abnormal leakages occurrs in the earlier 300 MW HIP tur-bine assembly, the cost influence incurred by leakage. It figures out a solution and countermeasure against abnormal leakage on steam turbine.
