Research on Manufacturing Technology of Gas Turbine Ring Isolation

遮热环是F级重型燃气轮机GT部分的一个重要零件,是燃机制造项目中比较少有的高温部件之一。遮热环的材料特殊、形状复杂、尺寸精度要求高。本文主要介绍了遮热环国产化制造过程中的工艺方案设计、设备选型、工装设计、数控程序准备、材料和刀具切削试验、遮热环试制等内容。

Ring isolation is an important part of GT section of F-grade heavy gas turbine, also it is one of the rare high temperature parts. The ring isolation whose shape is complicated and dimension is precise needs special material. This paper describles the design of the ring isolation manufacture scheme, choice of the machining equipment, design of the fixture and machining NC programs, test of the material and tool machining capability as well as the trail manufacture of the ring isolation.
