摘要
介绍了东方锅炉自主开发的纯海水烟气脱硫工艺特点。SO2吸收采用钢制高效喷淋空塔,吸收塔海水输送采用母管制与单元制相结合的方式,吸收塔酸性海水排出采用重力自流方式,脱硫海水水质恢复系统根据设计条件采用吸收塔海水池曝气或曝气池曝气。
The paper describes the process characteristic of pure seawater flue gas desulphurization （SWFGD） developed by Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd.. SO2 in raw flue gas is efficiently removed in steel structure spraying empty tower, and acid seawater in absorber is discharged by means of gravity. Seawater as absorbent is fed by the combination of common pipe and individual pipe. For FGD seawater quality treatment, middle-level aeration in aeration basin or aeration in absorber will be adopted based on design condition.
