Research on Corrosive Resistance Film Used for Compressor Blade

摘要 用多弧离子镀技术,在坦克压气机叶轮材料LY12铝合金基体上沉积TiN涂层和TiAlN涂层。用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪对涂层表面形貌和物相进行了分析。X射线衍射表明TiAlN涂层中的主要相TiN是以(111)晶面生长,而TiN涂层的晶体主要以(220)晶面生长,以密排面(111)为主的TiAlN涂层要比非密排面(220)为主的TiN涂层更致密。经过浸泡腐蚀实验证明,表面沉积有TiAlN涂层的试件抗腐蚀性能明显优于原LY12铝合金和沉积TiN涂层的试件。 TiAlN coating and TiN coating were deposited by the multi-arc ion plating on LY12 aluminum alloy which is used for tank-engine compressor blades. Their surface morphology and phase were analyzed by metallographic microscope and XRD. The results tested by XRD show that the t TiAlN coating with close packed lattice (111) is more compact than the TiN coating with non close packed lattice (222). The corrosion contrast experiments show that the corrosion resistance of the samples deposited with TiAlN coating is better than LY12 aluminum alloy and TiN coating.
