摘要
本文用显微拉曼谱仪在波长为785 nm的激光激发下,对Y2O3:Eu陶瓷在温度83-473 K间进行了系统的变温拉曼实验研究。实验发现Y2O3:Eu的一些振动模在低温下没有出现,只有当温度达到一定值之后才可以被观察到,分析表明这是由于温度变化引起的简并振动模式分裂。此外,Y2O3:Eu的拉曼峰位、半高全峰宽(FWHM)也是温度的非线性函数,且不同的拉曼峰遵循不同的函数关系,本文分析这是由于晶格的各向异性导致的。
The Raman spectra of Y203 :Eu have been measured with microscopic Raman spectrometer (RENISHAW H13325) in the temperature region from 83K to 473 K. The pump light source is a semiconductor laser with radiation wavelength of 785 nm. It is found that the Raman spectra have prominently changes with the temperature. Some vibrational modes do not appear until the temperature increases to a certain value. They appear at higher temperatures due to the temperature - induced splitting of degenerate vibrational modes. Besides, the peak position and FWHM of the Raman modes vs. temperature are nonlinear. Different Raman modes follow different functions with temperature which may be induced by the anisotropic properties of crystal lattice.
