摘要
马立克氏病(MD)是由疱疹病毒引起的一种高度接触传染性淋巴组织增生性肿瘤疾病。近年来,许多学者在研究该病时发现感染马立克氏病病毒的鸡发生了冠状动脉粥样硬化(AS),引起国内外临床学界和微生物学界的高度关注。本试验通过人工接种MDV,建立肉仔鸡动脉粥样硬化(AS)的病理模型,从而研究MDV诱发AS的发生机理,为今后在人类医学上预防冠状动脉粥样硬化奠定基础。
Marek's disease (MD) which is caused by herpes virus is one of the highly contagious lymphadenia tumor diseases. In recent years, many scholars in the area find that chicken which are infeeted with Marek's disease virus undergone atherosclerosis (AS) , which caused high attention of the domestic and foreign clinical and microbiol academic circles, we built a pathological model of the broiler atherosclerosis (AS) through inoculation MDV. and studied the mechanism of AS induced by MDV, which will provide the foundatiom for preventing coronary atherosclerosis for human medicine in the future.
