摘要 1990~2007年,对虎斑颈槽蛇的生活习性、生长发育、产卵、孵化条件和胚胎发育进行了观察研究。虎斑颈槽蛇的产卵期为6月~7月中旬,一年一次性产卵6~22枚,孵化期为41~43天,胚胎发育分为16期。卵产出时胚胎已发育到第10~11期,孵化至37天时仔蛇已基本发育完全。详细描述了11~16期胎蛇的外部形态特征和发育时序。 The, snake Rhabdophis tigrinus ( Boie, 1826) is discovered as a poisonous one, for several cases envenomed by the snake have been reported in both China and Japan . R. tigrinus lateralis is extensively distributed almost all over China, but there is little inibrmation about its biological data. We have observed its habits in the north of China from May, 1990 to May, 2007. The hibernation period of the snake is from the middle of October to the next April. The most active season is from May to August. The active time is from 10:00 to 14:00. The snake feeds on living frogs and toads. The breeding habit is once a year and the season is from the middle of June to the middle of July in Beijing area. The nest size is 6 to 22 eggs and the incubating period was 41 to 43 days. The normal development of R. tigrinus lateralis is divided into 16 stages and the embryo has been developing at stage 10 or 11 when the egg is deposited by the mother snake. The developmental changes of internal and external morphological patterns are described from stage 11 to 16 in this paper.
