摘要 在切向燃烧系统中,通过改变燃烧器喷口的角度可以调节炉内火焰中心位置,可达到调节再热汽温的目的。采用摆动式燃烧器也是平稳调整炉膛出口烟温的重要措施。阐明了恢复摆动燃烧器的意义、影响因素及改造情况并初步分析了节能效益,探讨了锅炉投用再热器减温水对机组效率的影响等有关问题。了解并掌握摆动燃烧器的调温特性,对锅炉安全、经济稳定运行有重要作用。 In tangential combustion system, the reheat steam tetnperatare can be adjusted by changing burner nozzle angle to just the flame position. Adopting tilting burner is also an important way to adjust furnace outlet flue gas temperature. The significance of function recovery for tilting burner, effect factor, transformation situation were illustrated, energy saving benefit was analyzed, and the effect of adopting reheater reducing temperature water to system efficiency was diseussed. It is important to know temperature adjusting characters of tiling burner, which would affect boiler sate and steady operation.
