摘要
以“索蚌”和“西伯利亚”鳞茎为试材,通过测定2个百合品种的鳞茎、外层鳞片、内层鳞片、芽、基盘和根冷藏前后鲜重和干重的变化,研究在3-5℃低温冷藏条件下,不同冷藏时间对各部位含水量变化的影响。结果表明:两品种冷藏前后鲜重变化明显,干重变化不大。冷藏期间两个品种不同部位的含水量变化情况基本一致,变化最大的都是外层鳞片和根,鳞茎和内层鳞片次之,芽和基盘变化最小。冷藏期间两品种同一部位含水量变化有所不同,索蚌只有芽的含水量变化幅度比西伯利亚小,其余各部位含水量变化幅度均比西伯利亚大。
Taking bulbs of Sorbonne and Siberia as experimental materials and by measuring the changes of DW and FW of the bulbs, outer layer scales, inner layer scales, buds, dishes and roots of two liles before and after cold storage,the effects of different cold storage time at 3 - 5 ℃ on contents of water in each position were studied. The results showed that changes of FW of two lilies were significant before and after cold storage, and changes of DW were little. The changes of water contents in different positions of two lilies during cold storage were consistent, the greatest was for the outside layer scales and roots, bulbs and inside layer scales came the second, and buds and dishes were least. Changes of water contents in the same position for two lilies during cold storage were different, the changing levels of all positions of Sorbonne except bud were greater than that of Siberia.
