摘要
介绍了应变式传感器的结构组成及其基本原理,分析总结了应变式传感器弹性体的设计理论。着重论述了管柱内外承压时轴向力测量的基本方法,提出内压测量影响度的概念,并对不受内部液压及受内部液压影响的弹性体结构进行了对比分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真分析了弹性体的结构强度、轴向应力及径向应力的分布情况,并优化了弹性体贴片部位的结构设计。管柱内外承压时轴向力测量技术的研究对于三维受力管柱轴向力的精确测量具有积极的意义,有利于推动深井石油及地下水的开采。
The structure and principle of strain sensor was introduced, and the design theory of the strain sensor's elastic body was analyzed. The method of measuring the string axial force exerted on pipe under inside and outside stress was illustrated. The concept of influence magnitude of burst pressure was proposed, and the structure of elastomer with/without burst pressure was compared. A finite clement analysis software, ANSYS, was sued to simulate elastomer structural strength, axial stress and distribution of radial stress. Structure design of coating of elastomer was optimized. This research is very important in accurately measuring the axial stress and is helpful in enhancing deep oil and underground water recovery.
