摘要 运用瞬变流理论对开启和关闭钻井泵过程中井筒内产生的水击压力进行了分析。重点介绍了特征线法对井筒水击压力进行数值求解的过程,并结合常规钻井时的初始条件、边界条件进行了实例计算,计算结果表明,在开启或关闭钻井泵时,钻井泵的流量增大或减小到一个稳定值都需要一段时间,这段时间越长,产生的水击压力越小。这对现场钻井施工有一定的参考价值。 The water hammer pressure in wellbore was analyzed when the drilling pump was opened or closed using transient flow theory. The numerical calculation of water hammer pressure using characteristic curve was introduced in detail, computation examples are presented under initial and boundary conditions. The calculation results indicate that a certain amount of time was needed for the flow rate of drilling pump to increase or decrease to a stabilized value under drilling pump opening or closing. The longer the time the smaller the hammer pressure which is valuable for the field drilling operations.
