煤气化多联产中燃气轮机的改造与运行

摘要 兖矿集团以煤气化为核心的多联产系统通过甲醇合成系统与燃气轮机发电系统的整合,实现了物质转化和能量转换的集成,解决了燃料和电独立生产时效率低、污染严重的问题。燃气轮机选用了美国GE公司MS6001(B)型天然气的标准机组,改造成了以中低热值煤合成气为燃料的发电机组。改造后的机组进行了工业化试验与运行,各项指标均达到了设计要求。 Yankuang group coal based polygeneration is the combination of a methanol synthesis system and a gas turbine. The material converting and energy transformation can be integrated to heighten the efficiency and lower the pollution of fuel production and power generation. The MS6001 (B)gas turbine of GE was modified to fire a medium- Btu coal derived syngas. A testing operation was conducted to verify the performance of the modified gas turbine.
