几个葡萄品种胚胎发育过程中保护酶活性、丙二醛及内含营养物质含量的变化 被引量:5

摘要 本试验以有核葡萄品种巨峰和无核葡萄品种金星无核为试材,研究了葡萄胚胎发育过程中保护酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,同时研究了巨峰、京亚、金星无核和火星无核品种胚胎发育过程中内含营养物质含量的变化,揭示了这些生理指标与无核葡萄胚胎败育的关系。结果表明,在葡萄胚胎发育后期,金星无核的保护酶活性呈现升高趋势,而巨峰却表现出降低或不变的趋势;金星无核胚珠中MDA含量始终高于巨峰;无核葡萄品种的内含营养物质含量呈现出升高或不变的趋势,而有核葡萄品种却表现出降低的趋势。这些差异说明,营养物质对于葡萄胚珠的发育和败育有一定的影响,尤其是无核葡萄品种胚珠中始终较高的MDA含量可能与其胚珠败育关系密切。 Change of protective enzyme activity and content of MDA during the embryonic development of Kyoho and Venus Seedless were studied. In order to reveal the relationship between the abortion of seedless grape embryos and these physiological indicators, the change of content of inner nutriments during the embryonic development of Kyoho, Jingya, Venus Seedless and Mars Seedless were also studied. The results showed that the protective enzyme activity of Venus Seedless showed rising trend, while Kyoho displayed falling or changeless trend at the anaphases of embryonic development. MDA content in the ovule of Venus Seedless was always higher than in Kyoho. The contents of inner nutriments in seedless grapes showed rising or changeless trend, but seeded grapes showed falling trend. These differences showed that nutriments had certain impact on the ovule development of seeded grapes and the ovule abortion of seedless grapes. Especially, the always higher MDA content had important relationship with the ovule abortion of seedless grapes.
