奶牛生殖应激综合征及其防治原则

Reproducing Stress Syndrome in Cows and Its Principle of Prevention and Treatment

文利新等提出了"生产繁殖应激"假说,其主要观点是,人类和动物的生产繁殖过程如发情、妊娠、分娩和过度哺乳等特殊生理活动本身就是应激原,能引起应激,这种应激称为"生产繁殖应激"(简称"生产应激或生殖应激");另外,胎儿也是母体的一个特殊应激原,其会引起母体被动应激;而母体对胎儿则存在胎儿宫内应激。生殖应激对母体来说是一个持续长期的过程,而长期持续的过程必然导致机体内一系列神经内分泌改变如CRH和糖皮质激素的持续升高,从而引起母体免疫力减弱、抗病力下降和母体损害,在临床上表现为生殖应激综合征,其主要临床症状是,奶牛变形蹄、产后乏情和不发情、子宫复旧不全、子宫内膜炎和乳房炎发病率增高等。本文应用该理论阐述了奶牛生殖应激综合征的病因、临床症状和发病机理以及防治原则。

The author put forward the reproducing stress hypothesis. The main viewpoint includes special reproducing tasks such as oestrus, hubridization, pregnancy and lactation were themselves stressors which could cause violent stress that was named the reproducing stress. On one hand, the fetus is a special stressor for female and could result in the female passive stress, On the other hand, as the fetus developing in the uterine, the female produce the fetal intrauterine stress. Reproducing stress is a long lasting experience for the female. This long period was bound to changes in endocrine. The author summarized the causes, main clinic symptoms and the pathogenesis of reproducing stress, and provided applicable measures to prevent reproducing stress of cows in this thesis .
