隐孢子虫分类学研究进展

摘要 隐孢子虫是导致人和动物腹泻的重要病原,也是人类艾滋病患者的主要致死因素之一。当前,对隐孢子虫病的研究已成为全球寄生虫学领域研究的热点。但是由于隐孢子虫在种间尚无统一的分类标准,且隐孢子虫种间在形态学方面较相似,又无严格的宿主特异性,造成了分类的混乱。随着分子生物学技术的应用,隐孢子虫分类学的研究得到了极大的发展。现就近年来隐孢子虫分类作一简单综述。
