摘要
党的十六大以来,中国人寿在改革中进取、创新中发展、超越中壮大,已经站在了一个崭新的历史发展起点上,具备了实现新的跨越的基础和打造国际顶级金融保险集团的条件。当前,中国人寿面临难得的发展机遇和严峻的挑战。要在新的起点上、新的形势下谋求新的跨越,关键就是要坚持以科学发展观为统领,走切合中国人寿实际的科学发展之路,围绕"一个中心",做到"六个坚持",搞好"八个统筹",着力打造国际顶级金融保险集团,创建学习创新型、资源优化型、成长增值型企业,继续推进集团化战略,适时启动国际化战略,积极实施品牌化战略,实现又好又快发展,努力做大做强做优,为促进中国保险业的发展、全面建设小康社会作出新的更大的贡献。
China Life has been strengthening its position through reform and innovation. It is now standing on a new historical point of development and has possessed the condition to seek a new breakthrough and become a leading international financial and insurance group company. Currently, China Life is facing with both hard-to-get opportunities and grave challenges. To seek new breakthrough on a new stand point, it is key for us to consistently follow the concept of scientific development and create a routte compatible with the reality of China Life. In this aspect, we should concentrate on creating a leading international financial and insurance group company, following "one focus", practicing "six adherences" and doing well in "eight overall planning". We should establish an enterprise of learning and innovation, optimizing resources, and growing with added value. To further the group company strategy, we should initiate the internationalization strategy with right timing, proactively implement the branding strategy, achieve faster and healthier development, in order to make new and larger contribution to the development of China's insurance industry and the all-round construction of a well-off society.
