随着保险业务的迅速发展,银行保险已成为寿险公司业务发展的一条重要渠道。在新形势下,仅依靠现有客户经理队伍,已不能满足群众对保险的多样需求和业务大发展的需要。迅速建立理财经理队伍,提供优质理财服务,有利于深度开发客户资源,巩固发展业务;有利于尽快实现银行保险业务转型,增强银行保险业务可持续发展能力。
Along with rapid development of the insurance business, the bancassurance channel has become an important distribution channel for life insurance businesses. In the new situation, it is insufficient to sorely rely on the current client manager team to meet diversifying needs and faster growth of insurance business. Insurers should establish a financial advisor type of sales force offering superior financial management advice to clients. This move will help to further explore the client resources and solidify business development. It is also beneficial for a speedy restructuring of baneassuranee business and enhances the sustainability of it.
