摘要
苎麻纤维经改性降低极性及吸水率后与聚丙烯复合后可作为新型的优良汽车内饰件材料。实验发现,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂可降低苎麻纤维的吸水率,但三聚氰胺甲醛树脂存放稳定性差,加入聚乙烯醇进行改性可显著改善三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的贮存稳定性。研究聚乙烯醇加入量、反应终点、反应温度、pH值及其调整方式、反应结束后溶液pH值的调整温度对溶液贮存稳定性的影响,得到可稳定贮存2个月的聚乙烯醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。使用自制的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂对苎麻进行改性处理,测试改性前后的吸水率,苎麻纤维经三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性后吸水率显著降低。
The polarity and water absorption of ramie is reduced after modification, then it can be compounded with polypropylene as new and excellent automobile internal decorating materials. Experiment finds that melamine formaldehyde resin could reduce the ramie fiber' s water absorption. But it usually has low storage stability. For improving the storage stability, the property of Melamine formaldehyde resin is modified by polyvinyl alcohol. The influences of the polyvinyl alcohol' s addition, reaction' s terminal, reaction temperature, pH and pH adjusting way, and solution' s pH adjusting temperatures when it arrives reaction' s terminal point no storage stability are investigated. The melamine formaldehyde resin can be stored stably for two months long. The ramie fiber was modified by home-made melamine formaldehyde resin, then unmodified and modified fiber' s water absorption was detected, the result shows that modified ramie fiber' s water absorption reduced notably.
