摘要
目的:探讨过氧化氢口腔灌洗对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者预后的影响。方法:将86例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者随机分为传统护理组和口腔灌洗护理组各43例,比较两组临床疗效、退热时间及扁桃体脓点消失时间。结果:灌洗护理组临床疗效高于传统护理组,退热时间和脓点消失时间短于传统护理组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者采用过氧化氢口腔灌洗护理,可有效提高抗生素治疗效果,提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To study the effect of oral lavage with peroxide on the prognosis of patient with acute suppurative tonsillitis. Forty three patients were randomly divided into conventional nursing group （ n = 43 ） and oral lavage group （ n = 43 ）. Clinical effect, the time when fever and suppurative spot disappeared were compared between the two groups. Results： The significant differences were found in the comparison of clinical effect, the time when fever and suppurative spot disappeared between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Oral lavage with peroxide for patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis can increase the clinical effect of antibiotic therapy and shorten the time of treatment.
