摘要
应用放射配体结合分析法,观测4月龄梅花鹿在运输和饥饿两种应激状况下,血浆糖皮质激素结合球蛋白(CBG)的活性。仔鹿运输之后,血浆CBG含量及其最大激素结合容量从基础值257.4±31.8nmol/L和357.3±45.2nmol/L分别上升至463.5±43.1nmol/L和766.5±135.1nmol/L;饥饿仔鹿则分别上升到325.1±39.3nmol/L和79.3nmol/L,仔鹿CBG活性增高与应激时血浆糖皮质激素升高保持一致。本试验结果表明,不仅糖皮质激素参与应激时机体能源动员和适应性反应的调节,而且CBG通过调节血液糖皮质激素活性,对机体可能产生应激保护作用。
The activity of plasma corticosteroid--binding globulin (CBG) wasmeasured by ardioligand method in 4 monthes-old deer under the stress test of transportation or stavation. Basal CBG levels increased respectively to 463. 5±43. 11nmol/L and 325. 1±39. 3nmol/L from 257. 4±31.8nmol/I, and the maximun binding capacity of CBG to corticosteroids increased respectively to 766.5±135. 7nmol/L and 466. 8±79. 3nmol/L from 357.2±45.2nmol/L after transportation and stavation. This change consorted with the levels of plasma corticosteroids. The effect of two treatments may be also of speclalinterest since the stress is related to conditional adantation and considerable mobilization of spare energy souces with direct biochemical function of corticosteroids.IT concluded that the increasment of plasma CBG played a protective role in deer stress.
