摘要
对北极狐电刺激采精96只次，测定了其精液品质。精液乳白色，偏酸性，pH值6．25±0．45，无味。精液容量1．37±0．72ml。精子活力0．87±0．1级，精子数量1．27±0．28亿／ml，畸形精子率7．41±2．21％。
Semen was collected by electric-ejaculation for 96 time in arctic fox (Alopex iagopus), and the semen quality was determined. sperm is milky-white tasteless and acid,the PH volue of it is 6. 25±0.45. Semen volume is 1. 37±0. 72,millitve motility of sperm is 0. 87±0. 1. semen count is 1. 27±0. 82 hundred million in per millitre. The rate of abnomal sperm is 7. 41±2.21%.
