摘要
核桃壳过滤器是渤海曹妃甸油田生产水处理系统的关键设备,本文对其运行现状进行了全面分析,针对目前滤料再生困难和除油效率偏低等问题,采取了相应的改造措施,并对滤器的安装调试和日常维修保养给出了具体建议。可供石油石化行业类似设备操作与维修提供借鉴。
Walnut shell filters are key equipment of produced water system in CFD oil field in Bohai Bay. This paper analysised on its current performance detailedly. Modification has been carried out and suggestion for filter installation/commissioning/routine maintenance was given to solve shell medium recycling and increase oil removal efficiency. It was a reference for oil and petrochemical industry.
