摘要
针对现行设计规范推荐采用的同程式机械循环集中热水供应系统,阐述了图解法求解系统在纯回水工况下的循环泵流量、各立管循环流量的方法。通过分析图解流量与设计流量间相互关系,说明了图解法在求取纯回水工况下的循环流量、校核循环水泵和管路改造中的应用。结果表明:经过图解法的多次求解,可直观灵活地获得符合实际的工况参数,能够预测热水系统的运行效果,为热水系统的运行调试和管路改造提供依据。
In order to understand the mechanical cycling hot-water supplied system designed by the current criterion, the flux of each vertical pipe and cycle pump is determined with the graphic method in the condition of simple return flow. The relationship of graphic flux and the designed flux suggests that the graphic method can be used to calculate flux parameters, to check pump status, and to reconstruct pipelines under the simple return flow condition. The operating parameters can be obtained after a few graphical calculations, which play the key role on the debugging and pipeline reconstruction.
