基于图论法潮流跟踪的大用户直购电价研究

The study of power purchase price for big consumer based on graph theory tidal current tracing method

我国目前正处于电力市场的改革进程中,随着改革步伐的加大,大用户直购电模式必将成为一个重要的购电模式。本文在图论法潮流跟踪的基础上,用改进的逐线计算法对过网费进行计算,将计算结果与合同路径法计算结果及现行的购电电价比较,论证了以潮流跟踪为基础的改进逐线计算法,能清晰计算用户过网费,同时可以根据计算结果印证直购电模式,是一个"三赢"的购电策略。

Today our country has an innovation in the power market, and following the upper step of innovation the direct power purchase by big consumer will be an important purchase model. The paper studied the count of power network passed fee using one by one line counting method which is based on graph theory tidal current tracing method, then compared the result to contract-path method and the price of now, and we get a conclusion of that the method can count the pass -by charge clearly, at the same time the result can prove the model of direct power purchase by large consumer is a strategy of＂win to three aspect＂.
