电力生产在国民经济中占据着举足轻重的地位,一旦发生发电厂停机、停炉,将会引发电网大面积停电事故,造成难以估量的巨大损失。通过2006年4月29日银川热电厂配合宁夏电力调度中心进行的新城变#4主变搬迁期间银川电网相对薄弱环节反事故演习的总结分析,探讨发电厂规范化开展反事故演习工作要把握的关键点。
The power production holds the balance in national economy. Once the accident of generating set and boiler shutdown happening, will lead to large area interruption of service in power grid, cause inestimable and heavy losses, analyzes the anti-accident exercises holding by Yinchuan Cogeneration Power Plant cooperating with Ningxia Power Grid Dispatching Center for the weak link of Yinchuan power grid when Xincheng substation NO.4 main transformer moving, discusses the key points of standardization developing anti-accident exerciscs in power plant.
