手指腱鞘纤维瘤1例报告被引量：2

摘要 1 病例资料男患，20岁。主诉因右手食指肿物2年入院。查体：右手食指中节掌侧近指间关节处可见一椭圆形肿物，表皮角质层因摩擦明显增厚，直径长约1．5cm，边缘较规整，局部无明显红肿，皮温不高，未触及波动感，压痛（＋），食指掌指关节及指间关节伸屈功能正常。末梢血运、感觉正常，X片未见异常。
