摘要
自20世纪90年代中期以来,高等教育质量问题引起了世界各国的广泛关注,并兴起了高等教育质量保证的研究热潮。探寻国外高等教育质量保证的模式和特点,对于指导我国高等教育质量保证的具体实践具有重要的意义。
Since the middle of 1990s, the problem of higer education＇ s quality has come to the whole world＇ s attention, and research on it has become very hot. Probing into the mode and characteristics of foreign higher education＇ s quality guarantee is of great significance to the specific practice of our country＇ s higher education＇ s quality guarantee.
