在较为系统地介绍了精神分析社会文化学派领军人物卡伦.霍妮所提出的自我分析理论及其实现方式的基础上,结合我国国情探讨了在国内神经症人群中开展自我分析的迫切性。以作者本人的案例为辅助,阐明了自我分析实现的可能性、目标、步骤以及操作手法,较为全面地勾勒出了自我分析的整体轮廓。

This thesis systematically introduced the theory and implementation of the self - analysis, which is proposed by Karen. Hoary, the leading figure of the socioculture school of psychoanalysis. Combined with the actual situation of China, the article also discussed the reasons for carrying out the self- analysis among the mass neurotic population in China. While supported by the writers own case, the article respectively elucidated the possibilities, goals, procedure and the concrete skills of the self- analysis, and outlined the theory and practice of the approach comprehensively.
