摘要
我国护理人员流失的原因主要包括个人因素、管理机制因素、护理风险因素和社会因素,提示应通过采取深化护理制度改革、提高待遇、实施人文关怀、加强人才培养和社会媒体宣传等根本措施解决护理人员的流失问题,改善我国护理人员流失现状。
Based on literature review ,this paper summarized the causes of turnover among nursing staff in China, including personal factors, factors with management system and nursing risks ,as well as social factors. It proposed that the key points to reduce the turnover rate among nursing staff were to advance the reform of nursing system ,improve nurses' pay, practice humanity management, strengthen the training of nursing talents and make full use of the influence of social media.
