鼻内镜手术病人术后疼痛管理的实践与效果

The practice and effect of pain management for postoperative patients with nasal endoscopy

目的通过对鼻内镜手术后病人疼痛的评估和综合管理，减轻术后病人疼痛。方法建立疼痛评估表，培训护理人员，成立疼痛评估管理组，对病人疼痛进行评估，根据评估结果，采取综合止痛措施。结果术后4～8h疼痛强度最大，实施综合护理后，病人疼痛减轻，满意度提高。结论采用合理的评估方法，实施有效的止痛管理，能够达到预防疼痛、缩短疼痛周期的目的。

Objective To relieve postoperative pain through pain assessment and comprehensive pain management for nasal endoscopic patients. Methods A pain assessment form was designed and a pain assessment team was set up. Then,the nursing staff were trained to assess patients＇ pain and take comprehensive pain management measures. Results The peak of pain occurred in 4 to 8 hours after the operation in patients with nasal endoscopy. After the practice of comprehensive pain management,the patients＇ pain was relieved and patients＇ satisfaction was increased significantly. Conclusion Rational pain assessment and effective pain management can prevent postoperative pain and shorten the duration of pain.
