摘要
本文主要分析机械零配件的设计及高精度机械结构的公差与配合理论分析。在以往的机械设计中多是根据现有公差标准及经验数据,这在某些批量加工生产中能得到很好的应用,但在单件成产及做零配件过程中会碰到一些困难。因此,本文主要从理论的角度,采用计算方法来确定尺寸公差及形位公差并举实例说明此方法的应用。
This article is mainly at theory analysis of tolerance & fit in high-accuracy mechanical part design.In the past, the tolerance standard and experience data goes popular in the mechanical part design and gained good effect in manufacturing part in large quantity.But it has trouble in single part manufacture.Therefore,this paper,theoretically, presents to reader the calculation method to decide the dimension tolerance & tolerance of form and position,followed by application to this method in one example.
