摘要
对靖安高速公路L7标桥梁预制场设置作了详细的方案比较,提出了在桥侧设置预制场的合理方案。自行设计、研制了高低腿龙门吊,并对其受力状况进行了分析计算。实践表明,该龙门吊结构安全合理,很好地解决了预制梁的提升及架桥机拼装场地的问题,促进了工程进度,并节约了大量工程资金,为今后类似桥梁施工提供了技术储备和借鉴。
In this article,the author made detailed comparison among the schemes of setting girder prefabricating yard of L7 signed section of Jingan highway,put forward a reasonable scheme to locate the prefabricating yard on the side of the bridge.On base of the above train of thoughts,a set of gantry crane with high-low legs was designed and fabricated,and the stress condition of the crane was examined by FEM.The application demonstrated the safety and rationality of the homemade gantry crane,which provide a good solution for both lifting precast girder and the working field of bridging machine,so that the schedule of the project was accelerated and a big sum of funds was saved.All in above,the experiences in this paper provide technical reserve and can be used for reference.
