On Ecological Civilization and Environment Rule of Law

实现社会和谐是人类的共同目标和不懈追求,生态文明是与和谐社会相适应的新的人类文明,和谐社会必然要求生态文明。在资源环境问题比较严峻的今天,建设生态文明尤其要强调生态和谐,高度重视人与自然的关系。法律是社会关系的调节器,生态和谐需要环境法治作保障,环境法治有利于实现经济、社会、环境的协调和可持续发展。

It is a common goal and unremitting pursuing tor human beings to realize narmonlous society. And ecological civilization is a new kind of human civilization fitting for social harmony, and is badly needed in the realization of harmonious society. Owing to the serious problems in resource and environment protection, attention should be paid to ecological harmony and the relations between human and nature be respected so as to construct ecological civilization. Ecological harmony requires the guarantee of environment rule of law and the latter is conducive to the coordinate and sustainable development between economic and social construction and environmental protection.
