第三方物流业在当今社会生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为覆盖面最广泛的行业之一。近年来,中国第三方物流的管理和技术不断创新,也带动了服务创新,成为物流发展的重要标志。第三方物流企业的服务出现创新趋势,即在满足客户期望的基础上实现客户成功,帮助客户实现已知的和未知的多层次需求。
Now the third part logistics plays a very important role in the social production. It has been one of the largest businesses. The management and technique of TPL of our country have been innovating these years, and this promotes the service innovation, which is an important symbol of the development of logistics, The tendency of service innovation of TPL is to make the customer feel successful which is based on meeting customer expectation, helping the customer fulfil lthe known and unknown requirements.
