摘要
高校后勤社会化改革是中国高等教育领域和经济领域的一场深刻变革,随着改革的深入,长期潜伏的深层次的共性问题如政府法规、教育属性、管理体制、运行机制等问题逐步突出。应通过加强法规建设,争取政府政策支持;通过转体制、变机制、明晰产权、转变观念等途径保证后勤改革的健康发展。
The reform in university logistics socialization is a profound reform in Chinese higher education and economical field. With the further reform, the latent common problems in deep level arise gradually, such as the problem of government laws and regulations, the education attribute, the management system, the operation mechanism and so on. The logisties reform will develop healthily by enforcing the construction of laws and regulations, striving for the support of the government's policy, and by reshaping, elarifing the property right and transferring concepts.
