教风与学风建设是高等学校基本建设的重要内容。良好的教风与学风是学校宝贵的财富,也是反映高校办学水平和体现学校品味和格调的重要标志,加强教风、学风建设对于提高本科教学质量有着极其重要的意义。该文认为教风与学风是相互制约、相互促进的,在高校教风建设和学风建设过程中应当理顺教风与学风的关系,狠抓教风,以优良的教风带动学风建设,同时还要不断完善制度建设,营造校园文化氛围,创造优良的育人环境。

It is very important to develop teaching and learning behavior in higher learning institutions. Excellent teaching and learning atmosphere is the best wealth and an embodiment of high level school management. Thus it is of great significance to construct the teaching and learning atmosphere for leadership of the school authority.
